You’re welcome to cancel your tour so long as it’s at least *72 hours prior (7days for parties of 5 or more) to your tour day. Just give us a call and we’ll process your refund.  No exceptions.

In case of rain: In the event of rain, we’ll likely be canceling the tour and and therefore will issue a refund. This will not be subject to the to the 72 hour prior notice policy, as we’ll be deciding this the day of the tour. This will be at our discretion based on your safety.

Helmets:  Helmets are required.  We know sometimes your hair is just perfect, or you want to look super cool for that pic but trust us you’ll look awesome in all the pics anyway.  Think of this as vacation interruption protection – the last thing you want while having fun in Vegas is a big old bonk on your head.  If you refuse to wear a helmet at the time of the tour, sorry there are no refunds and you’ll likely have to take a cab back to your hotel, or wait until the tour is over for a ride back on the shuttle.

If you can’t ride: In the event you get to the tour and are unable to ride the scooter safely – you just can’t get the hang of it, can’t balance, get scared, or just lose it, you will not be refunded your money.  Your options are: to ride in the van that follows the tour, hang in the visitor’s center for a few hours, or take a cab back to your hotel (at your expense).

If you miss the shuttle: If for some reason you miss the shuttle on the day of your tour, you’ll be given a rain-check ticket for another tour of your choice, as long as there is availability. Simply call our office and we’ll book you again at no additional charge. No refunds are given if you miss the shuttle.

If we don’t have enough people booked:  We reserve the right to cancel the tour if there are not a minimum amount of people booked (typically 4 scooters).  If you are booked on a tour where the minimum number is not met, you will be issued a full refund.
